Why STILL Exists

This didn’t start as a business. It started as a solution.

I created the STILL Method because I saw too many people being told to “manage” their anxiety — not understand it.

Mindfulness wasn’t enough. Breathing apps didn’t cut it.
What people needed was a map. Something structured. Something that works.

Today, STILL is used across the UK — in schools, care homes, coaching practices and family kitchens.

And it’s not just for children.
It’s for anyone who’s ever smiled while falling apart.
